7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days (EU) to exercise your right of withdrawal, from receipt of the product.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with their packaging intact.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

8. Guarantees

All our products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
